The Christmas Island Special, an updated version of the modern bonefish fly pattern, is absolutely deadly. Weighted eyes allow it to sink quickly and help to cast in moderate winds found on the flats. Long rubber legs provide irresistible movement. All you have to do is drop it in front of them and hold on when they take.
